Major home renovations, done right
Kitchens, baths, mudrooms and whole floors, down to the studs when it needs it. Angel Contracting opens it up, fixes what’s behind the walls, and finishes it so the new space looks like it belongs in your house.
Gut to final trim
A renovation is usually a dozen trades in a row: demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, tile, trim and paint. We run all of it, in the right order, with one crew and one schedule.
When the walls open up and something unexpected shows up, you hear about it from Angel the same day, with options and a price, before we keep going.

Major renovations questions
Serving Lynn, Peabody, Salem, Saugus, Revere, Melrose, Beverly and the rest of Greater Boston & the North Shore.
Call 781-513-9911Can we live at home during the renovation?
Usually, yes. We seal off the work area, protect floors and clean up daily. For kitchens we’ll talk through how to keep you cooking while it’s torn up.
What if you find problems behind the walls?
Older houses hide things: rot, old wiring, undersized framing. If we find something, you get photos, your options and a price before we continue. Nothing gets added to your bill without your OK.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical?
Licensed plumbers and electricians handle that work as part of the project, scheduled and managed by us, so you have one contractor to deal with.
How is a renovation priced?
You get an itemized estimate in writing after the walkthrough, so you can see where every dollar goes and decide where to spend or save.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Angel Contracting Inc. is a Massachusetts licensed general contractor (Construction Supervisor License CS-122106) and fully insured on every job.
