Do I need my own architect?
Most new homes need stamped drawings for the permit. If you already have plans, we build from them. If not, we can talk through who to bring in.
Who pulls the building permit?
We file for the permits and schedule the inspections. You won’t have to deal with the town.
How is a new build priced?
Every build gets an itemized estimate in writing, based on your plans, your lot and the finishes you choose. No guesswork and no surprise line items.
